Maroon Madness is the pep-rally of all pep-rallies. Hundreds of students waiting outside the gymnasium, enjoying the event's pre-festivities, chanting and dancing to the music. Once the doors open, the first 1,500 students get this years Maroon Madness t-shirt.. Designes by me.
Shout out to TAMIU's Athletic Director, Griz Zimmermann, for hiring me year after year to design the annual Maroon Madness t-shirts. Well, he also hired me to rebrand the University's logos.. but that's for a future post.

This year's t-shirt concept was about the Dustdevil's school spirit. The student section is called the Maroon Mob. I was asked to create a logo for the group. So I did. Since I was working on these two projects simultaneously, I made the the Dustdevil character the main subject for the t-shirt deisgn.

Along with the tee design, printed at Prodigy Tees, I was also hired to create the poster design for the event. These are always fun because I get to expand on the design style and create so good looking graphic design. By the way, I also recently designed their basketball court too. You can see a glimpse of it on the bottom of the poster. This will probably be a future post as well. What do you think?
